At Avatar Imports, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping details below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada using USPS.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping (3-4 business days) – USPS calculates rates at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping (within two business days) – USPS calculates rates at checkout.
  • Free Shipping – Available on all domestic orders over $85.

We cannot guarantee delivery times once the package has been handed over to USPS.

Order Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number provided through USPS.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will issue a refund upon verification if your package is lost or damaged during transit.

International Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility for shipments to Canada.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If an item arrives damaged, we will accept returns and issue refunds, depending on the nature of the damage. Please send us photos of the item for review.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is not available at this time.
